Cheesy Fiesta Dip AKA Josh Dip
Recipe
Ingredients
1- pound of ground beef. 90/10
1- 15 oz can of pinto beans
1/2 can of 10 oz can of Rotel
1/2 cup of salsa
1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese
Instructions
In a pan on medium high heat cook the ground beef through and smash into small pieces.
Put the cooked beef into a crock pot.
Turn on crock pot to high
Cube Velveeta cheese and mix in with beef
Combine salsa, pinto bean and Rotel to crock pot and mix well.
Every 5 minutes stir the dip until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
Turn crock pot to low
This dip pairs very well with tortilla chip or sliced baguette. Thank you Josh for sharing this recipe with me years ago.
