Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1- pound of ground beef. 90/10

  • 1- 15 oz can of pinto beans

  • 1/2 can of 10 oz can of Rotel

  • 1/2 cup of salsa

  • 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  • In a pan on medium high heat cook the ground beef through and smash into small pieces.

  • Put the cooked beef into a crock pot.

  • Turn on crock pot to high

  • Cube Velveeta cheese and mix in with beef

  • Combine salsa, pinto bean and Rotel to crock pot and mix well.

  • Every 5 minutes stir the dip until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.

  • Turn crock pot to low

This dip pairs very well with tortilla chip or sliced baguette. Thank you Josh for sharing this recipe with me years ago.
