Nutella Banana Bread
This Banana bread with Nutella is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Extremely moist banana bread with Nutella swirled in. Make sure you have a cold glass of milk because this banana bread with Nutella is super moist; it’s also extremely rich.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter (softened/ room temperature)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas (around 4 bananas)
2/3 cup Nutella
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar (for around 2 minutes)
Mix in eggs
Mix in vanilla extract
Mix in sour cream
Stir in bananas
Mix in the sifted ingredients 1/3 at a time until everything is combined
Pour half of the batter into a parchment paper-lined loaf pan
Add half of the Nutella and swirl into the batter with a skewer or toothpick
Add the rest of the batter on top
Add the rest of the Nutella on top of the batter and swirl again
Place in the oven for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserted in the center
Remove from oven and let cool inside the loaf pan for 10 minutes
Remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool on a cooling rack for another 10 minutes
