Queso Chorizo Dip

This is the last queso dip recipe you will ever need. There is nothing better than this. It is so easy and yet explodes with flavors and cheesyness. Make this for your next party and wait for all the compliments to start flooding in.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of chorizo

  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cubed

  • 1/2 pound smoked Gouda cubed

  • 1/2 can cream of chicken

  • 1/4 cup flame roasted chilis

  • 1 can rotel

  • 1/4 cup half and half

  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite bbq seasoning

Directions:

  • Cook Chorizo (Set aside 1/4 of the chorizo to add on top of the dip at the end)

  • Add all ingredients into a tinfoil pan and gently mix together

  • Set oven to 350 degrees Cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Stirring every ten minutes until everything is melted together

  • Add remaining cooked chorizo on top

  • Serve with baguette or your favorite dipping chip
