Loaded Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs is one of my favorite appetizers. If I see deviled eggs on a menu at a restaurant I almost always order them. This recipe is how you make deviled eggs even better. It’s a full breakfast in every bite! Also learn how to make the perfect hard boiled egg in your instant pot. It’s fool proof hard boiled eggs!

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • Smoked Paprika for a garnish

  • 6 slices of candied bacon

  • Tater Tots

  • Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  • Hard-boil your eggs whichever method you fancy most. Easiest way is 6 minutes in the instant pot (see our youtube video)

  • Remove the shell

  • Cut eggs in half length wise

  • Remove yolk and place into a food processor

  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Blend until smooth

  • Put filling into a ziplock bag

  • Clip one of the edges of the ziplock bag and fill the egg white with yolk cream

  • Top with tater tots (halved), 1 inch piece of candied bacon, small slice of cheese

  • Dust with smoked paprika

  • ENJOY!

Candied Bacon:

  • 6 Slices of bacon

  • Maple Syrup

  • BBQ seasoning

  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Rub bacon with a light coating of maple syrup

Sprinkle on BBQ seasoning

*Lightly sprinkle on cayan pepper (optional)

Repeat steps on the other side of the bacon

Place bacon on a wire rack and put into your smoker at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bacon edges start to get brown.

Remove from the smoker and let cool
