Smoked Cream Cheese With Spicy Bacon Jam

This may be one of the easiest dips to make. Paired with spicy bacon jam it may be one of the best dips I’ve ever made. Who would have thought smoked cream cheese could be such a delightful treat?



Ingredients:

  • 2 blocks of cream cheese

  • Your favorite BBQ seasoning

  • Table Spoon of bacon grease, or olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees

  • Place cream cheese into a small glass baking dish

  • Brush on bacon grease or olive oil on each side

  • Liberally dust each side with your bbq seasoning

  • Place into your smoker for 1 hour and 45 minutes

  • Remove from smoker and top with bacon jam or jalapeno jelly
