The BEST Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients:
4 Green onions sliced length wise and then cut in half
1/2 of a white onion
1 and 1/2 pounds of thinly sliced ribeye
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 of a carrot (shaved with a potato peeler)
4 Tbsp soy sauce

3 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 of a pealed Asian pear (Around 5 Tbsp)
1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, asian pear, ground pepper, garlic
Add ribeye and making sure to cover each piece of meat with the marinade.
Mix in carrots, onions and green onions
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and marinate overnight
Lightly oil a large frying pan and on medium high heat cook the beef until the beef is lightly browned and cooked through. Make sure to do this quickly so that you don't dry out the beef.
Remove from pan
