Jalapeño Popper Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

  • 6 Slices of cooked bacon (chopped)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 16oz shredded cheese I used Sharp cheddar and Monterey jack

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 4oz diced green chilies

  • 3 fresh jalapeños (diced)

  • 2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350⁰

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl

  • Place mixture into a pan or cast iron skillet

  • Top with thinly sliced jalapenos

  • Cover with aluminum foil

  • Bake for 40 mins

  • Serve with sliced baggette or your favorite dippin' chip
