Jalapeño Popper Bacon Dip
Ingredients:
6 Slices of cooked bacon (chopped)
8 ounces cream cheese
16oz shredded cheese I used Sharp cheddar and Monterey jack
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4oz diced green chilies
3 fresh jalapeños (diced)
2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350⁰
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
Place mixture into a pan or cast iron skillet
Top with thinly sliced jalapenos
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake for 40 mins
Serve with sliced baggette or your favorite dippin' chip
